The Process

1. Application Submission

After you review the information we provided, please complete and submit application via portal above. completion of this step is necessary in order to move forward in our process. Documentation may be, but not limited to, bank statements, verification of information provided in the application, etc. Our team will review and responded to your application within 5-7 business days.

2. Applicant Interview

After review, and upon approval of your application and third party documentation. We will schedule an interview date via phone interview or in-person interview.

3. Franchise Agreement

Once you are awarded a franchise, we will work to execute a non-location specific Franchise Agreement with you.

4. Site Review

You, the franchisee, will have the opportunity to identify a proposed Shop site. We will provide guidelines for analyzing the location and contact local brokers to assist on finding Potential location.

5. Store Build Out

Once the lease is signed our team will assist on the Interior design of the premises. We will provide you with exceptional support in designing the new shop. Our experienced architect will formalize the construction plans. Construction may begin after we approve the final plans. Our Construction Manager will work closely with your General Contractor and provide guidance throughout the construction process to ensure that your Shop meets our design requirements.

7. Grand Opening

Our team members will head to the grand opening for assistance.

6. Training

Schedule for training approx. 2-3 weeks at our NYC locations. Once training is completed, we will meet to plan and market for grand opening.

If you have a location in mind, we’ll give you tools so that you can engage in a due diligence process to evaluate its potential. We can also leverage our leasing relationships to help you find a location in an area you desire.

We will follow a step-by-step startup process and provide experienced staff members to answer all of your questions. We also provide support with store design and construction guidance using qualified vendors.

Franchise Fee

  • Franchise Fee: $30,000

  • Training Fee: $20,000

Monthly Loyalty Fee

• 4% loyalty fee

• 2% Brand Development Fees

Employees vs Sales

• 1 Wait Staff and 1 Kitchen Staff per $800 Sales

Store Requirements

  • Store Size: Minimum 800sq ft, Max 2500sq ft (Require for additional 200sq ft storage for store size 1000sq ft or less.)

  • No Gas required

  • General Built out within 3-6 months

  • Kiosk’s Options

  • Minimum 800sq ft

Management

  • Required Full time Franchisee Management personal with partial corporate ownership

  • Franchisee with Food Industry Experiences is a Plus

Training

  • 2-3 People for minimum 3 weeks training

  • Training will take place at New York City Locations
